Windows Printer Installation

1. Click on Windows Driver (Step 1) and save the file, then open the file.
2. Click on the printer under Start Installation.
3. Click Yes if prompted to the security screen.
4. Accept the license agreement → Next.
5. Select Wireless or Ethernet → Next.
6. When it says Printer not found, click OK.
7. Click Add printer manually.
8. Search 3070 in Filter.
9. Select FUJIFILM Apeos C3070.
10. Paste the copied IP → Next.
11. Confirm details → Next.
12. Name it the school → Install.
13. Choose Restart later → Finish.

Papercut Hive Printer Setup

1. Search Outlook for Papercut Hive.
2. Click Get Started.
3. If it fails, close and click again.
4. If expired → Request new invite (wait 10 min).
5. Download app → run → accept agreement → Next.
6. Install and wait.

Troubleshooting

• If it asks for admin credentials, contact ITSupport.
• Run installers from Downloads.
• New invite emails can take longer than 10 minutes.

macOS Setup

1. Open System Settings.
2. Go to Printers & Scanners.
3. Click Add Printer.
4. Select IP tab.
5. Enter the IP from the list.
6. Select LPD as Protocol.
7. Queue: leave empty.
8. Name: enter school name.
9. Click Select Software.
10. Search ff → choose FF Print Driver for Mac OS X 2.6.
11. Click Add.
12. Click OK when prompted.

Repeat for each printer you wish to add.

If away from school network, click Skip when it times out.

Papercut Hive Printer Setup

1. Search Outlook for Papercut Hive.
2. Click Get Started.
3. If error, retry.
4. If expired → Request new invite.
5. Download Hive app → open → install.

Troubleshooting

• Admin access required — otherwise contact ITSupport.
• Run installers from Downloads.
